What to expect
An on-site visit and consultation
Your designer walks the property with you — water, sun, wind, soil, slope, and how you live in the space. Bring your questions, wishes, and wild ideas. Plan on roughly 4–6 hours in total.
Tools that see more
Satellite and 3D site data, sun & shade mapping, and roof-runoff analysis give your designer an accurate picture of your land. Some designers also offer on-site 3D scanning.
A presentation of what is possible
Your designer shows you design ideas for your land, refined with you — renderings, planting ideas, and how water can work for you instead of against you.
Your concept design package
A professional concept design with a top-down planting plan and a plant list chosen for your exact conditions, plus a clear path forward: what to build first, and who can help install it.
How booking works
- 1Book below. We place a $600 hold on your card — you are not charged yet.
- 2Certified permaculture designers who serve your area get your request.
- 3When a designer accepts, your card is charged and we email you their name and contact details. They reach out within 2 days to schedule.
- 4If no designer can take your visit within a week, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
